About Grace

Grace has been passionate about sharing her yoga on and off the mat since 1999. Yoga taught her to live life in simplicity, being in harmony with all that surrounds her and to always be present in “the moment.”

She began to play with the idea of teaching yoga to kids when her children, Heleina and Zach, began to mimic her yoga poses. The fun learning, and bonding had inspired her to train to teach the wonders of yoga to children of all ages, regardless of learning ability and cultural background. She founded KidzYoga in Schools! and is a Certified Yogakids Teacher/Trainer (CYKT).

Grace has trained thousands of children, parents, teachers and child-focused professionals all over Asia since 2006.

Grace and KidzYoga in Schools! have been widely recognized by the media in Hong Kong and around Asia for the significant contribution of yoga education specifically in the schools by Parent’s Journal, Namaskar and EARCOS http://www.earcos.org/etc2011/ (East Asia Council for Regional Overseas Schools), to name a few.

Grace maintains a current certificate on First Aide and is also a member of Hong Kong School Nurses Association. Grace is now based in Sydney.
